Dear Parents

 

To support our fundraising in the lead up to Mid Summer Madness we have prepared what is our third auction. ALL the proceeds will go towards new playground and school equipment.

 

We have listed in our auction page, a list of gifts and items that have been generously donated by local businesses.

 

Bidding slips are available from our school office or online.

 

All completed slips will need to be delivered to the Friends post box situated in the reception area next to the school office. You can also bid online.

 

To keep yourselves updated on the latest bidding, please visit the website or check the whiteboards outside the classroom areas - we will update these daily.

 

The last paper bids will be collected at 19:30 at Midsummer Madness on 2nd July and the aution will close on the evening of Sunday 4th July at 20:00.

 

The winner of each item will be notified soon after theauction has closed.

 

Prompt payment will be greatly appreciated. If payment is not received by Friday 9th July, the item will be then offered to the next highest bidder.
