To support our fundraising in the lead up to Midsummer Madness we have prepared what is only our second Auction.  All the proceeds will go towards purchasing new playground and school equipment.

 

We have an array of gifts and items that have been generously donated by local businesses.

 

Accompanying the Auction List is a secondary sheet which contains several bidding slips which allow you to bid for a variety of items or increase your previous bid if needed.

 

Further slips will be available from the School Office or via the School web site.  (maidenbowerinfantschool.org.uk)

 

All completed slips will need to be delivered to the Friends post box situated in the reception area next to the school Office.

To keep yourselves updated on the latest bidding, please visit the website or check the whiteboards outside of the classroom areas – we will update these daily.

 

 

The Auction will close on the morning of Friday 3^rd July at 09.30am

 

 

The winner of each item will be notified soon after the Auction has closed.

 

Prompt payment will be greatly appreciated.  If payment is not received by Friday, 10^th July, the item will then be offered to the next highest bidder.
