My name is Kate Earle and I have lived in Maidenbower since 2004.  I have a long history with Maidenbower Infant School and Nursery – my eldest daughter started at the Nursery in 2007 and my youngest left the school in 2023.

My background is in Financial Services. I worked as an equities analyst for a global Investment Bank in the City before taking a career break to look after my children.  I then retrained as a Teaching Assistant and was fortunate to work in a lovely local primary school for three years, taking a particular interest in SEN.  For the last 10 years I have worked as a Business Analyst on a variety of Finance and HR projects for two Tier 1 Asset Managers.

I enjoy working as part of the governing board to support the school in delivering the best possible educational experience for our children.
