At the beginning of the year parents are invited in for a Welcome evening to 'learn' about the Life in Year 2 at Maidenbower Infant School. The information (Powerpoint presentation) we share on the night is available below.

Below you will find Year 2's topic and key text overview. This helps to theme our learning each half term.

Please see a generic timetable of our day in year 2 below. The children have Phonics, Maths, English writing and English reading most of the mornings and non-core subjects in the afternoons.

They have 2 PE lessons a week, one indoors and one outdoors. 

Arundel PE days are: Tuesday and Friday

Carisbrooke PE days are: Tuesday and Thursday

Edinburgh PE days are: Tuesday and Thursday
