Complaints Procedure

  • If you need to complain about an issue in school, you should contact your child's class teacher in the first instance. If they are unable to solve the problem, the matter should then be referred to Headteacher.
  • If the Headteacher is still unable to resolve the problem satisfactorily, or if the complaint is about the Headteacher, the matter should  be referred to the Chair of Governors.
